The whole idea that the best laid plans are laid to waste if culture is not there. So many companies state this but when push comes to shove that is never really realized when interviewing staff. The realized impact on the local community. culture of empowerment. Looking to identify individual goals and group or unit goals and identify how we can make those align with the larger goals of the entity and the community so that all energies are flowing congruent. Talk to the lowest level ( a line worker) about what they want out of life. When you talk to an employee at a company or someone in the community that interacts with someone in the company what are they looking for in that experience? Then from there, what is the local community or dispensary partner or distribution partner, what are they looking for out of their experience with the entity? To widen this to their experience for how they want to see life in general, their spouse, their family, their tribe, their passions, then setting up an environment where obstacles to achieving all these things are systematically removed or overcome through mentorship, hobbies, side hustles, small grass-roots community events as well as collaborative larger events (medium scale to larger events) coordinated with local governments and industry groups.Technology was changing the arts and vice versa. This made them eager to cultivate their own practice, one that would effectively intersect their expertise with their respective interests. They believe that what wins a case and what makes a creative business thrive is the passion that drives it. Choosing to specialize in a field means that you are completely devoted to it; that you will protect it as if it were your own. That is the energy that sets them apart.
